This Privacy Policy applies to the www.fantrax.com website owned and operated by Septillium LLC. (hereinafter referred to as "Fantrax", "we", "our", or "us"). The Fantrax website is an interactive fantasy sports website which allows users to access sports-related information, software, merchandise and services. Fantrax respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting the personal information which it collects.
